Vacuum-packed food drying machine

  
The production line mainly used for cleaning & drying the product after the process of sterilization, such as vacuum-packed meat product and other bagged sterilization product, it could realize the product surface rapid drying within 20-40 minutes and suitable for end of line packing.

System composition

This production line was made up by cleaning machine, linear dewatering vibrating screen, and automatic drying machine.

Equipment characteristic

The equipment design based entirely on meat production, considering the point of the health and safety, the whole machine manufactured by the 304 stainless steel material, the design of the structure with fast cleaning to avoid hygienic blind angle, the transmission speed adopts frequency control, the temperature adopt automatic constant temperature control, make the production parameter adjustment easily.
